The income generated by industrial real estate in VLIETCO Industrial Group target markets tend to be relatively stable and predictable overtime. VLIETCO industrial group targets large, supply constrained, fragmented markets with substantial barriers of entry due to scarcity of developable land and the costs associated with building new ground up developments.
